Applied for a car on Friday, got approved so we told them we’d see it first thing Monday. We drove from Anaheim to see it. A white family had already been there too, claimed they drove from Burbank. As if that was a feet of itself. We were worried that we might be in some kind of bidding war, the owners didn’t seem to care; to them a sale is a sale. Pretty poor experience. The vehicle I was interested in was just repainted with poor quality, no warranty and paint chips already. No warranty offered on vehicle which had worn parts that should be addressed before the sale of the vehicle. Lastly I had called earlier to inquire about if I paid in cash if the price was flexible, in which the person on the phone said yes. Drove 50 miles through traffic to look at vehicle and their “out the door” price was $1000 over advertised. Pretty strange way to run a business.
