Im not sure if im unlucky or what. I have had good luck with ordering quality products but I'll be damned every time i need a question answerd, i get someone who just doesn't want to work i guess. I've had apologizes from manager but it still continues. I've spent about $17,000 so far and keep telling myself not to call tech support and things will be fine. It was hot damn hot hot enough for some crotch pot cooking mid 30's Celcius
Ordered some parts on wednesday 7/20 ,they shipped them on the thursday 7/21 , the email stated they will be with me by saturday 7/23 still not recieved them 7/27 , i even paid extra shipping costs to get them to me on time , not happy with the customer service was told that the supervisor would be in touch with me and still nobody has contacted me . Not good .
