Lazy service and lacks integrity – As we were purchasing our car from these guys, I asked about a spare key and the keyless entry. Their salesman said, "No problem, I'm sure it's at the toyota dealer still." (whom they purchase the car) I called and called and called for over two months... and everytime I called it was some excuse like the Toyota guys never called me back, or I was out, or I was sick.
