The worst hotel experience I've ever had!! On March 11, 2025, I booked a room at this BnB through Expedia. Payment was made directly to the hotel, not Expedia. I completed the booking for $428,02. After the booking, I paid a deposit of $105,14. Then on June 29, 2025, $200 was suddenly charged on my credit card, and on June 30, 2025, another $495,32. Found garbage from prior guests in two rooms. There was NEVER breakfast. We were NEVER greeted. We were short towels and needed a blanket and there was NO ON to ask. Chair was broken in one room and the leg was just placed under the chair. Of course when I sat, I ended up on the floor!!! Price is set reasonably but then there are a large amount of hidden fees. It was a very disappointing stay. What a waste of my money.
Very disappointing to call this a "bed and breakfast". Literally didn't see any staff the entire time I was there. Had to dig out door codes from an email to get in, and was awoken by another guest knocking on the front door at night because they couldn't figure out how to enter. ABSOLUTELY no breakfast. There was a keurig with a few pods in the common area, but not even so much as a cracker to eat. More like a hostel than a B&B. Fine enough for the price, but quite misleading.
I've traveled all over the world, but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We paid in advance, but we couldn't check in. We want our precious time back. We wasted money by booking another hotel. This is a terrible hotel, so I recommend you avoid staying there. There are plenty of good hotels around. I'll never go to Indianapolis again.
I love this place. The rooms are beautiful. Very peaceful and quiet. The owners respectful, chill, and have great customer service.
