We have had a nightmare experience at this location. DO NOT STAY HERE. First we never got a confirmation email other than the original booking email despite booking directly with them on their website. When we arrived at 10:30 pm the house (not event center. This is a house) the lights in the entrance were all dark. We rang the Ring doorbell several times and tried calling the office “24/7” number several times. Reserved my mother a room here. I was supposed to receive and email but due to booking through expedia it got a little messed up. My mother got there after hours and the management was very helpful via 3 way call and got her checked and the information sent in a prompt manner. I am thankful for the quick resolved and kind staff! God bless
They canceled my prepaid RSVP before check in time. Pretty frustrating when you’re driving from another state!
