Horrible experience. Understand things happen and they had a fire from the battery exploding the next day. I had an appointment to go get my oil changed done. It was fine if I could’ve been notified in any other way, but I was not and that’s OK but the way I was talked to by the girl at the service department was no way how you talk to a customer. Having recently moved to the area, I have tried different places for service of my cars. Speedway Ford has been the best and most courteous. It is easy to book an appointment and the service is always done in a timely manner. I have been here a few times and definitely recommend this place.
