Customer service is non existent. Ordered a complete rear end last year and they were super rude. Sent incorrect items and had to call twice to get the parts I was missing, the guy gave me attitude and acted like it was my fault they didn't ship the stuff. Rear end lasted 1 race and broke. Called and bought another one. 2k each time. They where responsive at first but over charged me for parts I didn't get (280 worth) and been calling, texting and emailing for a month and they won't respond. Pretty bad way to do business. The receptionist or office manager that answers the phone most of the time is very helpful and nice. Very clear communication and gets things done quick. They send out parts that day.

I spoke with Ken about cambered snouts on an old super speedway 9 inch I acquired. He was so helpful and gave me the info I needed. He set me up with the right parts. Thanks Speedway Engineering you have top notch employees

I called them and spoke with Frank about my specific application. He gave me a list of dimensions to obtain which was very easy. I ordered the assembly. Frank ran down a list of items I needed, how to install them and the gotcha's associated with first time installation. Timeline was very quick. Quality is superior!
