El servicio tiene muy buena calidad, tenía algunas preguntas sobre las membresías y lavados y me ayudaron de lo mejor. Por esto y mucho más es que siempre vengo a lavar mi carro aqui.
Tenía membresía de este Car Wash el sábado cuando fui a lavarlo el auto quedó sucio cuando le pregunté un asociado me dijeron que lo sentía mucho, pero que no podía volver a pasar otra persona también reclamaba lo mismo y cuando llamaron al Jefe le dijeron que le podrían volver la próxima semana que era un problema que ellos no podían resolver en ese momento . Mi pregunta es si no pueden brindar un servicio con calidad porque estaba abierto.
Always an awesome experience here but what really makes them standout is their employees! Specifically a young man named Eric who always greets us w a smile & is more than happy to help us w/ anything we need! The manager there is also really great!
service was excellent ! yan treated me really good, great worker. i love the spray bottles and the free towels.
