Horrible customer service. My vehicle has been sitting there for a month. I just wanted my car towed to a body shop. Was told they’d get the car there weeks ago. Can’t even get a reply back from Them now. They Still have my car

The owner is pretty good at his job, and knows how to care for your vehicles. no complaints here.
Doesn't keep in contact with prospective customers. Doesn't return phone calls. Was going to buy a car a week ago. Parts that needed fixed were on recall, so Dondelingers was going to do the work. Still no update from John. Bought a car elsewhere
After a despret 3 week search for a bigger vehicle for our growing family John and his guys came through big time. We were able to go out and pick a vehicle that would fit us all and he did the repairs right then and there. And all on a Saturday afternoon! Thank you John and Joe for all your help and for putting up with us this weekend. And my little one says thank you for her birthday pop :)
The owner and workers were friendly, honest, down to earth and they make you feel comfortable. Office lady was very nice! I don’t trust just anyone with my babies (vehicles) but these guys I will forever take my vehicles too! Great prices and awesome service!!!! Thank you!
