5 Star : My Experience Fernando was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL throughout this entire process. My car had two separate claims and Fernando communicated with the insurance company and rental car company along every step of the way. He also was so knowledgeable about the work that was being done to my car and shared detailed updates with me every time I called.
