UPDATE: The owner called me and said that his workers told him about what happened and they apologized for my experience. It was very nice to speak with him. I am happy with the outcome and the fact that he intends to correct the way they handle new customers. First Review Written: Horrible customer service!!! My first time coming here and the "kids" that work here are complete jerks!
I like most people on take time to write a review when there is a problem. No problem just want to say This place is fantastic it is so nice to drive into a business where customer service is still important. I don't know how many times I have been there drying my truck and the owner or someone from the staff will come by just to speak. I just bought a new truck and my first stop was there to make sure it got the full treatment my wife did the same. Bottom line coming here makes keeping your car "detailed" a piece of cake.
We go there for CAR WASHES as well as CAR INSPECTIONS and are always met with a smile! Plus, they are LOCALLY OWNED and OPERATED! I won't go anywhere ELSE! :)
Don't bother trying to get your car inspected here. No one answers the phone numbers from the website, they randomly close on days, and don't mind the hours of operation, they tend to close at some point during the hours of operation listed on the site.
