My GE washer of 4 years was making a loud scraping noise during the wash cycle so I called a different company who came out yesterday and told me to replace it then tried to sell me a Whirlpool from the 1970s for $400. First time using SpeedMates Appliance Repair Tim was great, gave good information, fixed problem with refrigerator. Already made. another appointment to clean dryer. All lint from dryer removed. Made another appointment to look at dishwasher, easy fix was not changed. This is a company I will use again!!
We had very good response from the company and heard from our technician Dmitri the same day. He was on time and very courteous. He communicated well. He had to order a part, but came back as soon as possible to install it in our stovetop. We are very satisfied with this company and will use them for other repairs.
Speedmates home services are absolutely amazing! Our refrigerator broke in the middle of the night and we had a huge leak all over the kitchen. Luckily, I found this company and was able to schedule an emergency appointment at no extra charge. Was able to find and fix the problem very quickly. Great customer service and very professional staff!Recommend!
