I loved that when I called, a local tech answered.
This company charged me $800 to repair the commercial toaster in my sandwich shop and their repair failed immediately. They asked for more money to replace more parts. Communication was poor and it felt wrong the entire process, I should have known better. An absolute scam of a business. I found a legitimate company that came out and had the same toaster fixed for $250. They were appalled to hear this company charged that much.
