Everyone works well with customers considering they have to deal with furious customers who want services to their vehicles but their vehicles are not up to code. The Manager & Employee are rated good at handling customer service situatiions. All staff have a professional dress code. All Employees have a professional knowledge about the job. Worst customer service ever!! Refused to answer questions. Incredibly rude and nasty. Definitely not a female friendly environment!!!!

I received excellent service this morning at Speedlube in Newton. I drove up to ask if someone could check my tire pressure due to the warning light being on. The attendant stopped what she was doing and quickly checked all four tires. The light went off and I was on my way within minutes. I appreciate this prompt, kind service!
