Parked here for over two years, nothing has been improved but the owner will tell you that gravel and porta Potty being delivered next week. She will sound like it’s always someone’s fault but hers and BTW you got best parking price in town and still will increase your parking rent over time. I’ve Decided to move from here and at the new place, yes I pay $50 more on a paved yard, porta potty, big garbage container included. Owner very judgemental Prepare to be kicked off lot at any given moment for unrelated circumstances If you park here try your best not to let owner in you business Trust me, do not under any circumstances Park get in car leave, park get in truck leave Say hi be nice, that's it ! Don't answer any of her questions, or chat with her
Great safe place to park your semi or motor home they also service vehicles here. Its a gated lot no one without access not even your family member without access can get in. So yeah pretty secure.
