Brought my car in to have emission sensors replaced and when the car was returned the air conditioning would not blow any air. I’ve come here before and have been happy previously but my air conditioning worked perfect when I brought it in and was broken when the car was returned to me. I had the problem checked out and was told it would be over a thousand dollars to fix a problem that did not even exist before bringing it to the shop for an entirely different problem. How does that make sense??
Janelle was awesome to deal with. I’ve gone to Grease Monkey shops in North Dakota for years, but since moving to Vegas this has been my best experience yet!
They charge $150 and hour which is fair, but not when all the technicians are standing around with their hands in their pockets chit chatting and just staring at the ground like if they didn't have anything better to do. I was ready to give them my business, but that sight turned me off. I wouldn't recommend a mechanic shop where the technicians milk the clock
When I drove up David greeted me with a smile, asked how he could help me I said I needed a oil change, he replied sure come on in then he explained the different types of oil, I picked one with no pressure, put my care in the stall and proceeds to wash windows, fill all fluids, vacuum the insides, and rotate the tires and change the oil, then explains what he did in plain English. Boy what more could you want. In and out in a hour, super great service, and what a friendly guy. I'll be back, highly recommended.
They offer regular customers discounts just for being a customer on top of their already cheap prices. Not only that, David the manager might just be the best mechanic in all of Las Vegas. He’s great at what he does and he’s honest. I’m somewhat knowledgeable about mechanics although far from an expert. I know, sadly from first hand experience, that some mechanics are dishonest and will take advantage of people when they get a chance.
