Beware!! This is the worst place EVER to get an oil change. The last time I went in there, the so-called service tech, screwed up my transmission, by slamming my shifter into park when he brought my car into the service bay, which cost ME about $1500.00 to replace, and the only thing the manager/owner, Brian Bouthillette, offered to do was to give me $90.00 worth of coupons for some free oil changes, which I never even recieved. Found them to be very thorough. Did a great job. They were also courteous enough to inform me right away that they were busy and it might be a little longer than expected to get my vehicle serviced. I’ve been to places that have kept me waiting hours and didn’t have the decency to disclose that while checking in. Would recommend

Seriously cannot say enough good things about these guys. They have taken care of my cars since I moved to RI over 7 years ago and have ALWAYS done right by me. It's pretty rare to go to an auto shop as a woman alone and be taken seriously, especially in pink pigtails! They have always listened and gone above and beyond to keep my family and I safe on the road; without ever trying to upsell me. The only mechanics I've ever really trusted, and for GOOD reason. ♡♡♡♡♡ these dudes!

Was a first time customer today at SpeeDee Oil Change on Mendon Rd in Cumberland and can not say enough good things about my experience! I went in for an oil change which cost me $39.99. The staff was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. They showed me what was potentially a problem with my car, explained what they did in terms i could understand and spoke with patience and courtesy.
