RecommendedHelping me keep my first car going at not bad prices. any complaints I could have, would be blamed on me not moving quickly enough to get things fixed. They don't give you any run around. They do more than just oil changes and tune ups, I have had my tires, wheels, exhaust, brakes, other parts repaired at this location(keep in mind I myself have an older{2004} car that I never pre inspected). Good, polite quick service, my car is never there too long.
Andrew helped me out by staying late to help me with a problem I was having with Rhode Island state inspection. He’s very passionate about his job and the team of people he has above him and those who work with him every day. Exceptional customer service!
I dropped my car off at 12:20 and its 2:30 and they just started the oil change. I stopped by an hour after I dropped it off and was told that they hadn't done it because they didn't know what kind of oil I wanted, which is funny since I wrote on the checkin paper that I wanted a conventional oil change. also they never called me to ask me, they waited for an hour my full name, address, email and phone number were I'm that piece of paper. then I left and came back another ho… See more

RUN away fast, don't look back. My car was mis diagnosed on 2 occasions. They fixed what they assumed was the problem and charged a hefty price for it. Brought it back 30 seconds later because the symptom remained. They looked at it again and told me it was something else, which is a fraction of what they charged for the misdiagnosed job. Incompetent and or just flat out fuck overs
Great service on a busy day, but more importantly, a place I can trust that what I am being told about my car is what needs to be done. Nothing extra to pad the bill.
I’m am beyond satisfied every time I come here. The mechanics are very kind and professional and work fast and efficiently. I have been coming here for about 2 years and definitely recommend!
