Don't take your car here if you want a simple oil change. We made an appointment and were told to be there by 10:30. Not even a busy day and it took them over 2 hours. Save yourself the time.
Had a 1:15 appointment. At around 1:45 I decided to go next door to jiffy lube. I was in and out. Never will I go back to "slowy" I mean speedee. Lol
I used to go to the speedee oil change in Turlock for years so I was happy to see they had one here in Merced. But when I realized it was midus I was a little skeptical. Still went in and the customer service was bad. Guy up front pretty much rolled he's eyes when I said I came in for an oil chance then went to the back came back and said they had no openings . Asked if I wanted an appointment for another day. No thank I rather go somewhere else with better service.
Exceptional service! Professional, knowledgeable and genuine staff. Will most definitely go to again and also refer friends and family to these guys!
