Speedee Midas 5564 Monterey hwy San jose. Tried to use coupon for oil change. Guy is clearly irritated that i am using the coupon. Tells me he personally doesn’t use coupons as if I should care. Then after all that and he writes it up as i am walking away he tells me (clearly as an after thought) this coupon (which seconds ago he didn’t know existed and wouldn’t take till i showed him his store address was on the coupon) requires an appointment and a 3 hour window in the future.
Great service. Super fast. And Pravan explained everything in detail with costs. Much appreciated. Everyone was great !
