I checked in at lunchtime for a mid trip inspection and was told it would be a couple of hours wait so I waited a couple of hours and checked back in and they said 45 more minutes and they would get me in the shop. Never heard back from them and I will not be returning.
Second time for a PM service and drive shocks once again took over 14 hours . What do I find today the fact that you did not grease one freaking thing under the truck Ed your crew your responsibility. So then we proceed to check the rear ends to see if you actually changed the fluid. Yes you did but were multiple quarts low so wondering what damage that's done .
