UPDATE: finally got pulled in to be told (at 930pm) we are about to close, and he doesnt know if they can do it. After firing back he stared at the time for a minute before submitting to doing it finally. I just need my AC charged as I replaced the compressor, and expansion valve myself. It'll take maybe 15-30 mins on the machine. Theres open bays, they could hook me up while tending to other services as the machine does it. Was told 2 hours, 5 hours ago. This place was great before untill today I met Santiago service manager, he refused to call to the detroit/freightliner warranty service department to check if the A/C compressor is under the warranty, since I got new western star only 40000 miles on it and I purchased it 5 months ago (it has the 1 year/100000 miles factory warranty), but unfortunately when asked him to call to the warranty department he pointed hi finger on door and told me to leave the shop... such unprofessional "service manager", and by the way all the b... read more

Be aware with thus location they're not good and far away from professional. I had PM yesterday evening 01/07/2026. They over filled the engine oil. They don't take thier job serious. These kinda people should be out of business they damaged my truck.
