Horrible customer service.
I went in yesterday 5/27/23 at 10.45am and wanted to use one of the gift cards I had purchased a few months ago. I was told that the ownership has changed and they will not be honoring the gift card and they were going to give me a "free wash" for a later date and I have to pay for the cash wash now. The so called assistant manager was rude and when I asked him why I need to come back later his excuse was systems were not working and it will work only if I pay. I live around the corner and been going there since they opened.... read more
I was at this location on 5/7/2023 for a car wash. It ate my spare wheel cover. I am very disappointed with this service. Will no longer give them my business.
