The vision at Speed Mechanics is to bring elite-level training methods to the masses. As young athletes, we did not have access to elite coaches or facilities and are now excited to offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to younger athletes. We want to make high performance programming accessible to all levels. We accomplish this by providing tailored training plans, coaching, and consulting services.

I went to speed mechanics for a year and a half and it wasn’t a great experience they gave me a sled with only a 45 pound plate on it and wouldn’t let me learn the proper bench press technique for months because I wasn’t ready. Speed mechanics is a joke of a gym ran by a bunch of washed athlete’s who want to keep you weak in order to make their own profit
Our Victoria Seawolves 18U AAA team has had a great time and experience working with Speedmechanics and coaches here. This is my first year coaching this level and this team. The whole team at Speech has been amazing. The knowledge and support, especially from the nutrition coach John and my trainer Matt have been above and beyond. Highly recommend this gym and their programs.
Khyl and the crew at speed mechanics are amazing. The programs are wonderful. I have 2 sons who both enjoy the rigour and fun of the programs. I like the multi-age groupings and the way that they teach the kids proper technique before they get into bad habits at the gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and fun. John and Sam are both fantastic
I always thought of myself as not a gym gal. It wasn’t easy for me to take that step towards that. I did and Khyl was so welcoming and my trainer Nick is so knowledgeable and patient. I feel so much stronger in a short time. Such truly kind people. I highly recommend going to Speed Mechanics and also Continuum for extra treatment if needed.
