The staff is absolutely the BEST! I'm so thankful we joined and my son LOVES it!
Clean, safe, and full of fun equipment that keeps children engaged & motivated. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and create a positive environment. The kids build confidence and have fun at the same time. My son likes working with all the coaches, Tyler in particular. Highly recommendable!! :)
So grateful to have found this place! The space is beautiful and the staff are wonderful and seem to cater to all ages and abilities. I’ve been doing personal training with Nick for about 6 months and am thrilled with my experience. He is a wonderful coach, and coming here is my favourite day of the week.
Freya’s been working out with Sam for half a year, Sam inspires Freya and makes her training more fun. She says how she notices a huge difference in her speed and strength. She also feels that her explosiveness has increased hugely. Thank you Sam!!!
I have been working out once a week, one-on-one with Sam for the past 20 months. It has been the greatest! I have improved my fitness -- mostly strength -- considerably over this time. And the big plus is that whenever I have a bit of an issue with parts of my body, Samantha 'fixes' it with various exercises. Of course, I have to do them! But she has such a wealth of experience that she have been able to help me get over a number of 'issues'. Love my weekly session with Samantha!
