Went for oil change - no 5w20. Offered to bring my own and they would only take off $4 from the price with oil. Not cool! Don't waste your time...
Have only had bad experiences at this speedlube. Nevermind that it always takes at least a half hour per oil change, I can live with that, but almost everytime I go there something weird and annoying happens. One time they quoted me one price for a service, then overcharged me by $100 and gave me an "oh well" kind of response when confronted. Recently, the past 3 times I have gone there they have been out of filters. How is an oil change place so consistently out of oil filters??? You'd think that would be pretty important. ... read more
