RecommendedWe have been with Speech Works for about 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about all the therapists there. We use Rachel for Speech at the Deland location. Speech works in deland is amazing Rachel has really mad my sons speech fun and he enjoys going and never fights me when it’s time to go I’m very thankful for her because before we moved to Florida he hated going to speech but with her he loves it and is so excited

Rachel has been working with our daughter for about three years now and we love her! She’s kind, patient and understanding and she has help Avery make excellent progress over the years!!
I can’t say enough about Rachel Osterhout. She worked with my son for at least 2-3 years and made such an impact in his life. My son clinged to her immediately. Rachel was so patient and kind and became apart of our family. Rachel, thank you so much for everything!
I recommend Tresa Scotch for best all around Speech Therapist. She deserves it. We are new to speech Works and it’s like we’ve known Tresa for ever. She jumped right in working with our girl who was diagnosed with CP and Epilepsy at birth. She’s now 13 and still non verbal and without a good form of communication. Tresa is working with her to help us find her voice. Whether it’s a tech device or something else I feel we will finally find something that will work for her. Tresa is wonderful and she deserves 5 stars!!!
Both my kids see Tara Brady in DeLand for their Occupational Therapy. She has worked with them (and me) to come up with solutions to help them with several different behaviors/deficiencies. Thanks for your patience and all you do!
Tara has taken a real interest in Kailey's well being including doing extra research on her condition and finding adaptive items to help improve her quality of life. She has been super flexible with scheduling due to Kailey's treatments and school. She talks to Kailey about her needs and includes her in the treatment plan, since she is a teenager, whereas a lot of pediatric providers don't. We look forward to our visits.
The best speech therapist we had for our daughter with autism was Tresa Scotch. She was dedicated, committed and passionate about helping our daughter find her voice. We moved away and we cannot find anyone as good as Tresa.
