They were good for the 8-ish months we used their service. However, we've had to several times reschedule due to medical emergencies relating to a in-home family member, or health issues. They ultimately dropped us Today (10/7/24 ) because we had to reschedule due to having Hand, Mouth, and Foot disease. I'm just very disappointed they would rather drop a nearly non-verbal child due to medical emergencies outside our control, or risk having a very contagious disease in a medical facility.
