I was a little nervous about my procedure, so Dr. Smida called me the day after to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. The entire staff really does want to provide a comfortable experience, and the technical dental services offered are top notch. I wonder if Dr. Smida represents a new generation of dental professionals, because I interviewed 4 others before making my decision, and Dr. Smida's office really stands out as high quality, compassionate and very special.
I was terrified to go to the dentist. Finally commited to the appointment, and we were on xray two when I had a full on breakdown, tears and all. Both technician and dentist took the time to consult me and insure my comfort with patience and great compasion. My fear has kept me from the dentist chair for years and with a few cavities, the staff and Branko Smida made my self imposed lenghty cleaning as tolerable and supportive as possible. Dr. Smida and his office staff are outstanding. The office is warm and welcoming, the equipment used is state of the art, and the work is performed efficiently and with an attention to detail. Every dental procedure is explained well and outcomes for me have been great.

The visits were both comfortable (considering where I was and what was being done). I arrived a bit early to fill out the new patient paperwork and when I finished there was hardly any wait to be seen at all. The cleaning went really well. There were constant check-ins to see how I was doing and fill-ins to let me know what was being done. Then Dr. Smida started his work. Very professional. Unfortunately, I needed a crown. I had a caring and thorough cleaning. one of the best ever. Thank you Kim. I was late and therefore my exam was thrown off, yet Dr, Smida (Branko) you were caring enough to find a way to see me. And yet the problem tooth I had in the upper right of my mouth never quite got looked at. That is the one place in my mouth that concerns me most (packing food and bleeding often).
