I was running late due to freeway traffic and called the office to let them know I was on my way. Even though I was about 20 minutes late, my procedure was not rushed nor cut short, I really appreciated the fact that both Dr. Smida and his hygentist took their time.
I've been looking for a dentist with Dr. Smida's skills, professional and calming demeanor and wonderful staff for years. His prices are very reasonable for such a hi tech, immaculate office. My husband is now a fan of his also. The beautiful location along the water is a plus.
I had a very good experience at Dr. Smida's office. The office is nice, the staff extremely friendly. The hygienist Andrea was one of the best hygienist I've ever had, she's very thorough gave me some good tips to follow and cleaned my teeth perfectly. Dr. Smida was very friendly and thorough as well.
Dr. Smida . . . an awesome, knowledgeable, caring dentist . . . all the latest dental "toys" . . . and a nice guy to boot. Great, friendly, intelligent staff. What else would you want!
It was a very pleasant experience and the recovery went much better than I expected ... I am not even nervous about going back in two weeks which is saying LOTS!

Two new crowns "while you wait" is the way to go. The new process lets Dr. Smida and staff make the crowns on-site which reduces the trips to the office. I do appreciate the modern technology that Dr. Smida uses including photos and x-rays available on a touch screen for instant review. It definitely reduces the questions when you can see exactly what is being talked about.
Lucy had very gentle hands, explained everything she was going to do and made my hygiene teeth cleaning experience very relaxed and "almost" enjoyable if one considers a trip to the dentist as a pleasant experience.
the office and staff have a real sense of confidence, competence, and professiona ism which makes for an almost pleasant experience during one of life's less pleasant necessities
