Daughter showed up for a first-time appointment and the office was closed, no answer on phone and no way to reach therapist Update: Changed my rating from 1 to 3 as the therapist contacted me shortly after my post with apologies for a miscommunication and an offer to reschedule. Will reserve further upgrades till after the appointment actually takes place.
