Very unprofessional and needs to stay out of custody disputes. Today I went to say hi to my son at therapy on my lunch break. One of the girls at the front desk asked me if I wanted to go back and see him, I said I just wanted to say hi and I'm on my lunch break and have to go back to work. She went to the back to ask. I’ve waited for this appointment for months, I got up early to get my child up, just for them to tell me they can’t do my appointment. There was accident, that cause a delay. I called ahead time to tell them I would be 10-12 minutes behind, it was less, I just wanted to make sure I gave myself enough time to make it. They said ok and called back to tell me they can’t do the appointment or give me a reschedule until March! Caroline (I believe) was my son's therapist and she never smiled or seemed to be happy to be working with kids. She insisted that my son was autistic and that was the only thing she wanted to talk to me about. He is but he is homeschooled and we need to focus on his OT/ST. Autistic kids need that - not just an evaluation to tell the parents what they already know. Never told me what they worked on. Just he did good and have you had him evaluated?
