Stefanie is amazing with my son and he's made a lot of progress. I love that they have after-school appointments as well! Edit: Editing this review as we've been here a little over a year. We loved Stefanie, but her schedule changed and now we see Brooklyn. Well, now we just found out today that as of next week, we'll be with another new therapist. We also haven't always been communicated with when we'll be seeing someone new. Consistency is HUGE for my autistic kiddo and the turnover rate of his therapists has been high.

We’ve had such a great experience with the speech therapy team working with my son. The therapists are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about helping kids grow and succeed. They make each session engaging and fun, which has helped my son feel comfortable and excited to participate. Since starting therapy, we’ve seen wonderful progress in his communication and confidence. The providers here are all great, and my daughter has had positive experiences with them. The reason for the poor rating is due to the receptionist, Jenna,(mainly) and the billing issues we experienced. I contacted Jenna after unexpectedly receiving a $1,200 bill that I simply could not afford. During that conversation, I asked about canceling my daughter’s services because I couldn't afford to pay those kinds of bills.
