Took my great nephew to the Raeford office of this clinic for his initial evaluation on 31 Aug 20 and the clinic was closed(clinic hours listed as 8 a.m.-5 p.m.). His appointment was at 10:15 am and we arrived about 20 minutes early to make sure all the necessary paperwork was completed and to allow him to get acclimated to new people and a new place. It’s awful do not go here!!! The business isn’t run correctly and they do not care about the kids!!!!
One of the worst companies I've ever worked for! I left the state I was in with Speech Connections estimating I'd have around 16 hour per week caseload to start and would be full time in 3 months. I got far from it!!!! Lied to about my caseload, little to no communication. Once such instance cost me missing 5 appointments in day because the new scheduler didn't let the parents know I was coming. She thought the other one had. Empty promises. Loved my son's speech therapist and he loved her. I give a one star due to the company failing to tell me she had quit. I found out by her today when I text her about my son. When I called all I get is I tried to call you but the number I have for you has been disconnect which is bull !!!!! So find a different company because they're communication specially with the front office!!!!!
This company sucks! No communication among workers. Kids go through too many therapists even after connecting with one and improving their speech. They can not work with parents work schedules or childs school schedule. Highly reccommend go to another company.
