On February 3, 2021, I purchased an “Accent Reduction 101” for $599. The company promised to send this material within 3-4 business days which I received incomplete 2 weeks later. I have attempted to contact the owner of this company which is Elizabeth Peterson several times with no success to try to process my refund.
