Hi call about my bill and my payments, one lady name jenifer it’s really rude and mean
My bill is only $85 a month on average. The fees say $2.50 per $50 paid. If my bill is not $100 I shouldn't be charged $5!! That's crazy to me and should be illegal.
Horrible experience for water services. Somehow we used a few hundred units 1 month (300 units) and it was exactly that. Next month it was up to 1000 units not 1003 or 1020, no exactly 1000. The funny thing is we weren’t home nearly as much as compared to the previous month. So how does it jump that quick? Check for leaks such as toilets and faucets. Nothing. Brand new hot water heater with no leaks. They need to get their stuff together. I try to contact them but never can get ahold of anyone. I also leave voicemails but ne... read more
Paying bills online adds a convenience fee of $2.50 per $50 so if I pay $7.28 online it actually comes out to be $9.78. There is no other option without a convenience fee through their website.
