Just hung up with Ginna Velasquez from Spectrum Title who literally told me that I was not a priority for her and that she was too busy to send documents that I have been requesting for weeks; documents that just need to be attached to an email (title commitment and lien search). I've been in the title industry myself for over 15 years and there is nothing worse than being told you are not a priority. Terrible customer service with a very moody "director of operations".
