Randy Smith did an outstanding job restoring our heat, getting the parts under our current warranty. He was timely, responsive and thoroughly diagnosed the problem with our system. He got it up and running immediately to restore heat. He then got the warranty parts the following day and installed them. I had an extremely disappointing experience with spectrum HVAC . Their installation of my air conditioning system was rushed and unprofessional, resulting in a major failure in the compressor. They ignored warnings from their technician about potential issues. Even worse, they didn't remove old refrigerant from the new system and refused to acknowledge their mistake.
