My wife had the best time at the day spa. People were very nice and the atmosphere was perfect.
I had a bad experience with the front desk the first day that I went to Spectrum. I had an appointment at 6:30 pm and my stylist had something come up so he had the front desk reschedule my appointment. They called me on my cell phone but DID NOT leave a message. I called them back to make sure that everything was still sset for my appointment and the girls said "yes go ahead and come in". I drove 40+ minutes to the salon only to find out that they had called to reschedule my appointment. The girl at the front was very rude ... read more
I have followed my stylist to numerous salons because she is the only stylist I can trust to do an awesome job on my hair. She has never done something I have hated. When she moved to Spectrum I was not opposed to the change. She informed me of the change and I immediately called to make an appointment. The receptionist on the phone was very polite and found me the second to next available appointment two weeks from the day I called. I had a picture of the cut I wanted and I was very excited to get a new back to school look.... read more
