AVOID THIS PLACE! My mother has gone here. Do your research and avoid this company at all cost. They employee people that don't know what they're doing and do not act professional and are actually dangerous in their negligence. Read their reviews and I believe the VERY FEW people that leave five stars are friends or paid to do so. My therapist is Dr Rebbecca Lahann who I find is a very kind and caring person and also a very professional and effective therapist. She is personable, always very positive and answers my questions with thoughtful, insightful answers. The one star reviews here seem to me to be more indicative of a client having a bad day or just miscommunication. She is a 5-star therapist. The 5-star ratings are more indicative of Dr Lahann's personality and capabilities. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist.
Submitted very thorough paperwork on what my child needed based on her diagnosis of OCD and social anxiety. Was very specific about her struggles and was assigned a therapist. Had to wait a few weeks for an opening for the intake. At the intake they said they couldn’t work with her because she doesn’t specialize in OCD and that’s clearly what my daughter needs. Office manager Caitlin is rude! Doesn't even respond to concerns when brought to her attention. How can they have such an individual work at a psychology clinic to assist patients but yet she is not a friendly nor welcoming manager!
They deserve ZERO STARS !! If you have SEVERE MENTAL ILLNESS DO NOT GO HERE !!! They treat by studies they read and not what is best for a Pt. Ignorant, rude, uncaring, Dr’s, Care Team, ( terrible name they don’t care at all) Case Mgrs., therapists . Nobody ever calls back. My child was hopeless and they told him sorry theres nothing we can do.. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD OR YOURSELF THROUGH THE AGONY MY SON DID PLEASE!!!!
