Raised HOA from $600 to $648 as if that isn’t enough money already. Greedy company raising rates and home owners receive no benefit they barely even cut the grass correctly. Why do they need more money? Aside from the trash they really don’t do much but sit on their tails. Miko is also pretty rude and slow to get things done.

As a C#16 service company who has many customers, we highly recommend Spectrum Property Services. They are always reachable, easy to work with and responsive. If we have an issue on-site, we are able to get ahold of someone ASAP. If I have customers asking for a referral, I would definitely refer Spectrum first and they manage both commercial and residential properties.
