Absolutely terrible!! Lupe needs to be fired. She is incredibly rude, interrupted me several times, spoke over me. The call turned into a shouting match then she hung up on me. Nothing ever gets done.
As a Real Estate broker, sometimes you have to get Condo complex's re-approved to use certain types of financing. My mortgage lender was having a hard time getting info filled out by Spectrum because they said they just took over and would not put their name to something that they didn't have knowledge too.
