Absolutely terrible!! Lupe needs to be fired. She is incredibly rude, interrupted me several times, spoke over me. The call turned into a shouting match then she hung up on me. Nothing ever gets done.
As a Real Estate broker, sometimes you have to get Condo complex's re-approved to use certain types of financing. My mortgage lender was having a hard time getting info filled out by Spectrum because they said they just took over and would not put their name to something that they didn't have knowledge too. It is a shame that it ended the way that it did since I lived with them for ~2 years without any real big issues. While they were slow to respond to maintaince requests, they at least handled it. However, when you move out, make sure that you get everything in writing if possible since their employees do not know what they're talking about. One employee will tell you one thing and then when you follow it, you get dinged with an astronomical fee. Not once, but TWO separate occasions within a month.
