This management company is the worst I ve ever dealt with!! The Lake Cove Village apartments are the lowest of the low and the management team down there are extremely rude. I called spectrum to talk to them about it and the guy I spoke to was so disrespectful to me by the time I got off the phone I was shaking !! I lived at one of Spectrums properties and lived there for 7 years,I recently lost my job and my father passed away last year, I went to the rental office and explained to them that I could no longer stay and was told to pay 3600.00 for August thru October,I did let them know that I was leaving in August because my job gave me a 2 month heads up, When I was there, I experienced raining in my apartment and nothing was done but still paid my rent, I moved out in October and now they want me to pay them 6,000??? I live at a Spectrum property and I agree with most of the reviews. I am a single mom and when it takes them over a day to plow so that I can even get out is very frustrating. I called for a leak, they asked if it was an ice dam and I told them it wasnt because there was no ice on the roof. They didnt even look at it they just shoveled the roof off. Well guess what it still leaks when the bathtub is used into the garage. We dont even have an onsite manager to get things done we have to call the office and leave numerous mess... read more
I LIVE AT REGENT APARTMENT AND IT IS MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY.THE ONSITE MANAGER IS REAL RUDE AND "SOUTHERN" THEY DONT DO ANYTHING APART FROM COLLECTING RENT AND TOWING RENTERS CARS,THE PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS FULL,THE APARTMENTS ARE REALLY INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES AND RATS.THE LAUNDRY MACHINE DONT WORK AND THEY NEVER EVER REFUND THE MONEY.CALLING DAVID DOES NOTHING BECAUSE HE ALWAYS DEFENDS HIS JUNIORS.THE TAKE FOREVER TO DO REPAIR WORK OR TILL THE CITY INSPECTOR SHOWS UP,THAT IS THE TIME THEY DO THE "PIG LIPSTICK STUFFI HOPE... read more
these people dont give a rats butt about ANYBODY!! they 86 the old building manager, the only one that actually did anything to help the property and fix it up. then, they fired the good cleaning lady and hired a bunch of mexicans to do it, and they suck at it, the property is a dump, everything is either broken, or about to break. and they refuse to fix anything. they arent interested in helping anybody out in these tough times except themselves. the rent is not worth the paper-thin ceilings and floors, you can hear the peo... read more
I lived there for 2 years and the only thing Im grateful for is that I never had anything stolen or got mugged. I was excited first because of the low rent but it didnt take long to figure out why it was so cheap. I thought maybe Inver Grove had a police station somewhere in the complex because of all the cops passing through. Spectrum Property Managment is a joke. I would strongly advise against renting at any of their properties. They have a complete disregard for customer service and could care less about the safety of the residents. The staff who manage the onsite offices have horrendous customer service skills and will do anything to pacify tenant complaints with out actually taking care of issues such as maintance. The parking situation at the property I rent at is horrible. Theft, vandalism, muggings ect. continue to occur, yet they refuse ... read more
These people do not take into consideration tough times. They would rather put people on the street than help somebody out. They have rude people working for them. I dont think they should be giving hand outs, but they need to realize people are going through tough times right now. Have a heart. At least we are paying our bills, unlike some other people.
