This company is terrible. Every communication is rude and unprofessional. They charge higher fees than any company I have ever rented from (and I've rented from many in Utah County!) and their system is so difficult to use, you will get charged fees no matter what. Kristen is always abrasive and discourteous in her communications. I don't know how she has a job in customer service!
