I have enjoyed Spectrum services but this time everything had change. It seems everything is going up. The on rule that Spectrum had implemented was the warranty for one year on glasses had changed. I paid thirty dollars for those warranty but I had no choice. I know costs off living is going up but this is unacceptable. I think I will be looking for another Optical place.
It was a very pleasant experience . Everyone courteous, efficient, and visit was completed in a timely manner.
