I am giving Victor, our delivery man these 5 stars, not the lab. He has been outstanding in his efforts to correct the mistakes the lab has made with our deliveries. He is always pleasant and more than helpful to eliminate any issues with our deliveries. We probably would have quit the lab due to delivery issues and non communication from the lab. Victor has eliminated all of this issues by giving us direct communication with him to confirm pick ups and deliveries now. Thank you Victor for making our lives easier!!!
