Spectrum is a great company! I only had the pleasure of working for them for a short amount of time. I had no experience working in healthcare before I started, they were completely willing to ease me into things to see if this would be the right fit for me. I was able to learn a lot of different things very quickly. I think this is a stupendous job as the management is so easy to work with and the hours are pretty flexible with easy access to overtime.
Spectrum Home Care is unlike any other home care facility. They pay attention to their clients and caregivers needs and do whatever they can to accommodate them best. They respond right away, and are great at providing services. I would recommend Spectrum to anyone in need of home care!!
I have heard nothing but great things about Spectrum and would recommend their home care services, on top of that their employees are very professional, friendly and super helpful! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks for all you guys do!
I am very impressed with how spectrum has turned around since they have terminated the last lady they had in charge since I last gave them a review and they have gotten new manager in their the communication has been great with them and my mothers nurse has been here thank you spectrum and their new manager for the dedication and work they have been doing to turn things around and care for the people they are looking after
