For ANY ONE & EVERYONE who has anyone or thinking of putting ANY person into Spectrum Health Hospitals Rehabilitation and Nursing Center on fuller, especially elderly people, This nurse just screamed at an elderly man, who only speaks French, “you’re so hard headed” the halls reeks of pee, they don’t check on people, they rather socialize, My boyfriend has to remind them to change his dressings 2xs a day!(I’ve called and had to remind them) He waits hours after pressing a call button, (they’re outside laughing and cracking j... read more

I love Spectrum Fuller. My mom was there for two and a half years! My husband and I are also very active volunteers there also. In 2016 ,my husband and I had to put our son there. Then this past week, my mother in law also has been admitted to Spectrum Fuller! I love the staff there. They have become family and friends. When ever there is a concern or problem they always make it right. I definitely highly recommend them and trust them. I do not ever plan to move my loved ones to any other facility.

My mom is a current patient there. For about a week and a half. Everytime I have been up their most of the staff has been rude and standing around talking and laughing while majority of the nurse lights are blinking. My mom has told me she waits hours at a time for help. Tonight she called me and asked me to come up there or call them because the lack of care she is getting. This place is a joke and spectrum should be embarrassed with the quality of care at this establishment. I will be reporting this and looking for a diffe... read more
