None of their staff arrive on the scheduled time. Some of their workers make up their own schedule and show up unannounced. They changed the hours on you whenever they feel like it. Staff doesn't communicate clearly and aren't helpful.
Very bad HR and management team. very descrimianted to staff
They do not have the decency to return voicemails. And when you finally reach someone, they said it’s your fault because they previously provided the info to a cognitively impaired senior on the appropriate person to contact.
Terrible communication. One of their PSWs advised my mom that she couldn't make it on Sunday and that she would arrive the following day on Monday (yesterday) at 4pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I phoned Spectrum Health at 6pm to discover that their answering machine service doesn't work. It says to "press 0 to reach reception." And every time I pressed 0, it just hung up on me.
