They do not have the decency to return voicemails. And when you finally reach someone, they said it’s your fault because they previously provided the info to a cognitively impaired senior on the appropriate person to contact.
Terrible communication. One of their PSWs advised my mom that she couldn't make it on Sunday and that she would arrive the following day on Monday (yesterday) at 4pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I phoned Spectrum Health at 6pm to discover that their answering machine service doesn't work. It says to "press 0 to reach reception." And every time I pressed 0, it just hung up on me. This service is a joke. I cant believe tax dollars fund this. Ive been forced to use this service for years. They refuse to do the job there suppose to do the workers will steal or not even show up while collecting pay. Noone cares about the work from the psws to supervisors. Im pretty sure they are hurting more then they help. Just makes you wonder what training is happening here for this service to conduct itself and why tax payer money cannot provide a quality service.
