I'm required to come here for an annual work physical. The doctors are typically slow to get around and you should expect to have long wait, although the nurses that do all the grunt work prior to the physical (audio, blood, vision, etc.) have always been great even with my dread of needles. Check in was a breeze! Wait time was only 20 minutes. Very impressed.

We have been to this particular Urgent Care probably 10 times in the last couple of years (we always seem to get ill or need help on the weekends) We have always had great care and service from this location. Great doctors, great receptionists. I saw the negative reviews and was very surprised and felt compelled to share our family's experience. Poor service. Not enough staff treating patients. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, got called back to a room and waited another 35 minutes for a 5 minute consultation and then sat and waited for another 20 minutes. Won't be using this location again.
