If I could give spectrum a rating of zero, I would. I went into the ER, decided to not get anything done due to issue with auto insurance? for what reason? Why do am I paying for health insurance just for the hospital to report it to my car insurance. Upon deciding to pass on any additional tests, I was flagged as potential harm to myself and or others and was held LONGER at the ER. Ended up getting billed 623 from spectrum AND an additional 623 fr4om ECS Western Michigan PC. For a service down at one place, billing is poorl... read more
