Really bad place. I came in for my appointment earlier, it was my mistake. But after realizing I told them that I could go back later that day. They told me that since I was already checked in I had to wait, they moved me to the consulting room and had me waiting for 2 hours... Also, when I checked in they collected copayment, after almost 8 weeks I reviewed another invoice for another copayment. This place is just trying to rip you off

7 months after my appointment I get a bill of $250 even though the provider is in network with my insurance. Turns out they did not bill insurance correctly and instead of fixing their mistakes, they are collecting money from me. Now I have to chase my insurance to chase after them. What is the point of this kind of a practice if they cannot even sort out billing correctly? Insurance says they put an incorrect place of visit code.

Dr. Jeanie Paik is great. I was referred to her by family members several years ago and I’ve been seeing her since. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful in her treatment plans. She is the only eye doctor I will see.

Dr. Paik did cataract surgery for me, and I couldn't be happier. I have the best vision I've ever had, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Paik explained everything to me, she gave me options about the surgery, and her staff was helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
