El-Sawy is amazing doctor!
Dr. Basham is a very skilled surgeon. He operated on my husband and I. My vision has improved substantially as I had very high stigmatism. My husband underwent cataract removal yesterday and is recovering very well. I do agree front staff is constantly rotating and feel frustrated sometimes. I never heard from surgery coordinator regarding the hospital where the surgery was going to be performed. My eyelid cyst removal surgery went very well! Dr. El-Sawy knew I was nervous and took extra care to be sure I felt comfortable every moment. The entire team has been top rate!
While the doctors here are excellent, my experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I mistakenly went to the wrong location and had to drive to the Oak Meadow office. I called ahead to explain the situation, and the front desk staff informed me there was a 10-minute grace period and encouraged me to try to make it in time.
