My eyelid cyst removal surgery went very well! Dr. El-Sawy knew I was nervous and took extra care to be sure I felt comfortable every moment. The entire team has been top rate!
While the doctors here are excellent, my experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I mistakenly went to the wrong location and had to drive to the Oak Meadow office. I called ahead to explain the situation, and the front desk staff informed me there was a 10-minute grace period and encouraged me to try to make it in time. Please do not go to these people. They are miscoding the insurance. I was told that I had punctual plasty. I went to for a second opinion and they saw no punctual plugs. Will follow with insurance.
I highly recommend Dr. TAREK EL – SAWY. I left his office walking on air because he explained everything to me that other doctors did not. This is a doctor that’s not gonna take any chances and try to go too far to make sure that I have a great recovery. He could not be nicer more down to earth and generous with his knowledge and advice. Hundred percent gonna do my lower lid surgery with him and I’m actually very excited about it.
