Poor communication, Lack of coordination between doctors and office staff, Unjustified behavior from a doctor, and unproductive appointments. My whole family has been a patient of Dr. Lee for the last few years. I had no negative comments about the doctor and the staff until last month. Went in for an appointment and was scheduled for the wrong date since the surgeon is only in the office Tuesdays. While I was waiting, someone came out and told me that I had to sign consent forms since I was having a minor procedure and I confirmed with him, since I was supposed to get an eyelid mole removed. I never received those consent forms and they took me in and treated it as a regular monitoring appointment as if I would not have not noticed that I didn’t have my eye mole removed. The office at 212 Oak Meadow Dr in Los Gatos was very clean and the staff was both responsive and courteous. Dr. El-Sawy is a true professional and performed a minor procedure on one of my eyelids. He kept me informed as he proceeded and checked that I was okay throughout. I felt confident during the procedure and appreciate receiving such stellar care. Post-op instructions were clear and the follow-up was easy-peasy. Highly recommend!
Not sure where to start. Let's start with good one. We have been going to Dr Nguyen at Spectrum Cupertino for last 3-4 years and have been committed to this clinic. Have all good things to say there, great staff, great doctors, quick responses. Now the location at Los Gatos is whole different story. We saw doc at Oak Meadow location for my twin daughters contact lens appointment as Cupertino location didn't had the appointment date we were looking for. I was very pleased at the Oak Meadow branch. Very professional and Dr. El Sawy was very knowledgable and kind. He explained everything to me about my complex eye fracture that occurred 30 years ago. I am very relieved and I am very satisfied with his care!
