Very rude staff. They won’t accept United Healthcare PPO. You think they would be interested in helping the people of Findlay instead of having to go to Lima or Bowling Green.
The office in general is nice and seemed organized, however their billing department is a whole other story. I have been dealing with an issue since 1/14/2020 that is still not resolved. My wife and I went here on the same day for the exact same treatment, my bill was not processed properly but eventually got taken care of, my wife's was denied all together, saying we had a laps in coverage.
